Shipping

  • All Item ship out same or next business day unless otherwise noted in item description or are specified as "Special Order". Items that are marked "Special Order" are not stocked and can take anywhere from a few days to a couple weeks to ship out. If you would like to know the lead time on a specific "Special Order" item please call before you order.

  • All items shipped from us to the customer are insured. If there is damage to your item upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may resolve the situation expediently. 

  • *Free Shipping Details - Only available on items marked with Free Shipping. Free Shipping is only offered to customers who have their order delivered within the 48 contiguous states. If an order is placed with free shipping and you do not qualify your order will be delayed until we contact you with an actual shipping quote and full payment is received.

  • If you would like next day delivery or another expedited service that is not available through checkout, please call us for a custom quote before placing your order.

  • If item is being shipped to a P.O. Box, please call to determine availability. UPS Does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

  • If an item is returned to us by the shipping service due to invalid address from the customer, you may be charged additional shipping, so please verify that your address is correct when placing an order.

  • Below is a basic guide for delivery times for items with Free Shipping and UPS Ground Shipments. Days in transit are business days and do not count weekends or holidays.
